About Me
Hi! I’m Emily: a professional vocalist, performer, and voice/piano teacher with a background in musical theater and contemporary music. I trained at the American Musical & Dramatic Academy in NYC and have spent many years performing around the world as a guest entertainer, in musicals, in live bands, and at private events. My performance experience spans musical theater, pop, jazz, and classic standards, which allows me to meet students wherever they are stylistically while building strong technical foundations.
As a teacher, I focus on creating a supportive, confidence-building environment where students feel safe to explore their voices and express themselves. My lessons emphasize healthy vocal technique, ear training, basic music theory, and age-appropriate musicianship. I aim to make learning fun, empowering, and inspiring while helping students develop real skills they can carry with them for life.
